Creating Competitive Advantage for Tenant Businesses

What is very different about us is not just our stunning location and innovative environment, which offers all the quality of life attractions of a rural coastal setting, but the fact that with our supports and network we offer more to businesses than just space.

We are striving to lead the field in environmental sustainability with the parallel purpose of helping our client businesses become more competitive achieving greater cost efficiency in energy and waste and also helping them achieve greater customer appeal by their location within an Ecopark.

Dunhill Ecopark includes 11.5 acres of land zoned for office and light industry activity with some 3,500m2 [35,000ft2] of space already built in 2002 with exciting expansion plans underway to accommodate the growing artisan food sector.

Choice Location
Dunhill Ecopark is 12 kilometres from Waterford City and Waterford Airport and seven kilometres from Tramore. It is within a fifty kilometer radius from Dungarvan, Carrick-on-Suir, Clonmel, Kilkenny and New Ross. It is situated in the Copper Coast Geopark a prime location which has EU and UNESCO designation. The new Suir Bridge and N25 bypass provide easy access to and from Cork, Tipperary, Limerick, Dublin/Kilkenny, Galway and Rosslare.

Free Mentoring Support
An Ecopark Mentoring Committee of fourteen people qualified in a variety of disciplines are available to provide advice to start up businesses on request. We will connect you to all our tenant businesses, entrepreneurs and innovators and our business networks in the public, private and community sectors.
We also have contacts in the funding and finance sectors and can provide you with support with your applications.

Environmental Benefits
In August 2011 Dunhill Rural Enterprises Ltd achieved the environmental management system €coCert quality mark, which is awarded by the Environmental Protection Agency and Waterford County Council. The Ecopark executive board is continually working on achieving the lowest energy costs and best waste management practices.

What is unique about us is not just our stunning location which offers all the quality of life attractions of a rural coastal setting, but the fact that we are more than a business park, we are a community and a network and believe in the ethics of partnership, collaboration and working together.   This is where strength comes from and where the magic happens for the whole is more than the sum of its parts.  This translates and is true for the community, for the region, for a business, for the Ecopark, for the local economy and the macro-economy.
