Dunhill Ecopark includes 11.5 acres of land zoned for office and light industry activity with some 3,500m2 [35,000ft2] of space already built in 2002 with exciting expansion underway available in 2009.
We offer space for running or starting an enterprise in an unusual and very conducive location for business in the picturesque rural setting of Dunhill Village, County Waterford, in the South East of Ireland.
What is very different about us is not just our unusual location which offers all the quality of life attractions of a rural coastal setting, but the fact that with our supports and network we offer more to business than just space, and the fact that we are striving to lead the field in environmental sustainability with the parallel purpose of helping our client businesses become more competitive achieving greater cost efficiency in energy and waste and also helping them achieve greater customer appeal by their location within an Ecopark.
