Nicola & Dvir love Middle Eastern food; Dvir grew up with it and Nicola has adopted it as her own - the vibrant salads, yummy dips and tasty flatbreads! After returning from Israel to live to Waterford, the couple got to work setting up their dream food business working at festivals, pop up lunches & dinners as well as stocking their products in shops and restaurants around the country. Mezze want to introduce the colours & flavours of the Middle East to Irish tables through their flavour-filled foods.
